Even though the subject is a terrifying monster (our out-of-control government!), we hope you’ll join Illinois Conservative Union (ICU), FreedomWorks and our friend economist Stephen Moore for an evening with fellow freedom-fighters on Wednesday, March 23rd. Steve is always insightful and adds a touch of humor even when discussing scary subjects. Steve will be discussing his new book, “Govzilla: How the Relentless Growth of Government Is Devouring Our Economy—And Our Freedom”. In Govzilla, economist Stephen Moore details how out-of-control spending and expansion has turned our government into a monster that must be stopped. Attendees will receive a copy of the book and have the opportunity to have it signed by Steve.
Cost: $10, includes appetizers and one copy of the book, Govzilla. (A cash bar will be available for those who wish to purchase beverages.)
